- BK Basic Concept. This concept offers the all items of the BK menu as a free standing store in prime locations. BK Evagorou in an example of this category.
- BK Play Land Concept. The BK Engomi, serves more than 350.000 visitors per year, it has the biggest indoor restaurant play land in Cyprus. This category also includes BK Nikis and BK Makedonias.
- BK Tourist area Concept. BK A. Napa operates 24 hours during the Summer period. Situated in the heart of the Ayia Napa tourist area, differentiates from the rest of the BK by adapting operations to seasonality.
- BK Mall Concept. In 2009 BK opened its first outlet in Malls at the food court of My Mall in Limassol. By the end of the same year BK introduced one more Mall concepts in Madisons, Nicosia. BK Madisons is the first BK in Cyprus to apply the 2020 design of Burger King International
