Costas Yenethlis – Managing Director
Costas Yenethlis has been the founder and general manager of various business interests spanning IT, F&B, and property in Cyprus and Eastern Europe. He was also a strategic consultant of a top-tier international company in New York office. He was a consultant or an evaluator in various large scale public sector projects. He holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science/Mathematics from University of Indianapolis, an M.Sc. in Computer Science from New Jersey Institute of Technology, and an MBA from Stern School of Business on New York University.
Adonis Theocharides – Financial Manager, Non Independent
He studied at Boston University School of Management, until September 2004, Bachelor of Science in Business Administration Concentration in Finance and continued his professional development at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales since September 2007. He worked with KPMG until early 2008 when he took the position of Chief financial Officer of Laser Investments.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for Laser Investment Group since 29/12/2007.
Yiannos Pantazis – President, Non Executive, Non Independent
He studied in the U.S.A. where he obtained a BSc degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University and an MBA in General Management from Harvard Business School. He started his professional career in 1989 as an Executive Vice-President in the Business Development Sector of ‘Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts’ in Paris. He continued as an Executive Vice-President in the Sales & Development Sector of ‘Le Meridien Middle East’ in Abu-Dhabi. From 1994 until 2000 he worked as General Manager of Amathus Navigation member of the Amathus group of companies and for the last three years, he held the office of the Group C.E.O. In 2000 he joined Louis Hotels where he worked from various top management positions until 2005 mainly in development. From 2005 he joined D.H. Cyprotels Plc as the company CEO. He is also a member of the board of Athos Diamond Centre Ltd, Astarti Development Plc, and Laser Investment Group Plc. He is vice-President of the Association of Cyprus Tourist Enterprises (STEK) and an Executive member of the Cyprus Employers & Industrialists Federation.
He is a member of the Board of Directors for Laser Investment Group since 16/11/2007.
Polyvios Kolokos – Non Executive, Independent
Mr. Polyvios Kolokos graduated from the School of Law, Economics and Political Science of the University of Athens, when in 1971 he acquired a degree in Law. He continued with postgraduate studies in London, where he acquired an MA in International Economic Law. From 1985 to 1991 he was MP in Nicosia. He served as Board member in Cyprus Airways, Chairman in the Electricity Authority of Cyprus and the House Financing Organization. He is member of the Boards of Directors of several companies, member of Pangypria Gymnastics Association and member of APOEL football club in Nicosia.
