Comparing results of 2008 with 2009 King Franchises experienced a growth in turnover of 40%. The increase is due to the company’s aggressive expansion plans. The latest opening was 15th December bringing the total number of new stores opened within 2009 to two and there are plans for further expiation in 2010 and 2011.

Additionally to the growth in revenue we achieved a significant reduction on cost of sales, from 33.45% to 30.95% and on operating cost, from 75.20% to 52.27%.

The second subsidiary of Laser Investment Group PLC is Coffee Beanery Europe Ltd (CBE).
In 2007 Coffee Beanery Europe Ltd acquired the franchise rights of Coffee Beanery for 24 European countries Greece, Cyprus, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Sweden, Ireland, Italy, Turkey, Romania, Poland, Czech Republic, Latvia, Moldova, Albania, Serbia, Slovakia, Bosnia Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Lithuania and Ukraine.
